Paddy founded Peak Leadership Solutions in 2020. Prior to founding Peak, Paddy held senior leadership roles in multiple large manufacturing operations in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Paddy holds certificates in professional coaching through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and the International Coaching Federation.

Paddy holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering and economics from Oxford University.
